Rating & Difficulty

AI difficulty is adjusted to your rating. New to the game? Start with the 4 rules.

Your rating

Your rating increases after you win and decreases when you lose. Friendly games and Daily Puzzles do not affect your rating.

Points and levels

There are seven difficulty levels, each corresponding to a rating range. At each level, the AI plays roughly like someone in the middle of that range.

Beating a stronger AI earns more points, while losing costs fewer. The reverse applies when playing against a weaker AI.

Your current level is highlighted and changes automatically with your rating.
